Production.

Plastic manufacture has started its existence since January 1998 executing the order of componentry making for “MOSKVITCH-2141”. Starting from nomenclature output – five details, during short period of time (within the year) TECHNO company specialists due to the exploitation establishment of the new equipment, plantation of new processes of different plastic kinds, have mastered the production of more than 50 denominations of componentry for the conveyor installation of “MOSKVITCH”.

Since the middle of 1999 new kinds of plastic production (furniture fittings, packing), directly connected with TECHNO company activity were launched into the production.

At the moment plastic manufacture completely provides for the new production of orthopedic beds and bed frames installation with plastic componentry (decorative defensive details, mounting details), produces functional details for the packing and transport of the production produced by our Company.
 

Details produced at the manufacture are supplied within all the territory of Ukraine to the companies which work in the field of furniture installation. Manufacture management closely collaborates with many enterprises, activity of which is connected with the usage of plastic componentry, and executes the order for production. Nomenclature of the materials which are reprocessed is rather wide: starting from the traditional materials – polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, - up to the materials which demand pre-preparation before reprocessing such as: plastics of polystyrene group, polyformaldehyde, polyvinylchloride, and their copolymers, which are bought abroad in the following countries such as Russia, Czech Republic, Romania, Germany.
